I installed motors with gearboxes on my rover 🚗

Despite the fact that the rover has become noticeably slower, it moves much better on any surface. In the video, he calmly rides across the keyboard of my laptop. He can also ride on fabric, rugs, sofas and any smooth surfaces. I don’t exclude the possibility that it will be able to drive on asphalt, but I can’t check it now ( it snowed in Moscow ) ❄️

The speed of movement does not bother me personally, because, in my opinion, by starting to drive slower, the rover became more like its older brother, since real delivery robots do not move particularly fast. He also became more manageable 🚓

I have already ordered planetary gearboxes for 11k eternally wooden ones. They should come to me on December 5th. As soon as they arrive, I will urgently modify all the rovers that I currently have on order ✅

I also admit that someone may not like the fact that the rover began to drive slowly. If you want a rover that drives faster, but sometimes gets stuck on “invisible” bumps even on a smooth surface, write to me in PM. I have enough motors without gearboxes 🛞
